These terms describe the commercial and operational rules for using PROMTIS as a restaurant SaaS platform, including free access, paid modules, responsibilities, and support boundaries.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PROMTIS website, software, modules, trial access, support, onboarding, and related services.
By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, assigning permissions appropriately, and ensuring that users access the platform only as authorized by your business.
You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it reasonably up to date.
PROMTIS offers a base product and optional add-on modules. Some functionality may be included for free, while other modules may require a paid subscription, trial, order form, or custom agreement.
We may improve, evolve, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to maintain product quality, security, or strategic direction.
Free plans and trial periods are offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn for future customers. Paid access begins only after the applicable trial or selection flow is completed.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, subscriptions are billed according to the plan or module configuration selected in the product or sales process.
You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of the menus, pricing, translations, operational settings, guest communications, and other data you or your team publish through the service.
You are also responsible for complying with local rules applicable to your venue, including tax, consumer, employment, and data-handling obligations.
You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with system security, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, abuse trial access, send malicious content, or operate in a way that harms other customers, guests, or the service itself.
PROMTIS and its related software, branding, designs, workflows, and documentation remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service during an active subscription or approved trial.
We aim to provide a reliable service and practical support, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security updates, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect performance from time to time.
The service is provided on an as-available basis except to the extent otherwise agreed in writing. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, PROMTIS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service during the twelve months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially breached, if payment obligations are not met, if required for security reasons, or if continuing access creates legal or operational risk.
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active billing cycle or separate written commercial commitments.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects how the service is offered or used, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
